Your answers, results, thoughts, etc. can be written directly into this "book" as comments -- or you can create posts of your own at your own blog, write in your own paper journal at home, etc.
If it is not safe for you to do so, or you just aren't the "writer type," you can simply do the work in your own head, discuss with others, or whatever feels most comfortable for you.
Whether you've experienced domestic violence or not, whether or not you or someone you care about has been abused, whether or not you suffer from depression, anxiety, etc., you are very welcome to join us.
